This week is National Assistant Principals Week! We are so glad that Mr. Fare joined the Pot Spring team over the summer. His enthusiasm is contagious, and he brings with him a wealth of knowledge on special ed resources, family engagement, supporting new readers, and much more. His Classroom Wish for this school year was "that we get to come back to school". Mr. Fare, we hope you've enjoyed finally meeting some of your Bluebirds in person. Thank you for all that you do!

HotSpots

HotSpots isn't able to open its before- and after-care program yet at Pot Spring due to low enrollment. They are just a few spots short! If you plan on sending your child back to school and signing them up for before- and after-care, you can enroll now at hsecp.org or call (410)-329-8378.

This year, HotSpots will be operating under special procedures and policies. These policies were developed using recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and MSDE.

Pot Spring needs your help! We have lost several teaching positions due to our lower numbers this year. We are concerned that our numbers will be higher again in the fall and want to get the necessary positions back to avoid large classrooms. You can help us by registering ASAP and spreading the word.
If you will be enrolling your child in Pre-K or Kindergarten at Pot Spring for the '21-'22 school year, please call the office at 410-887-7648.
If you know a new family who will be joining our school community in the fall, please tell them to register their child ASAP.

Yearbook

We are putting together a yearbook, and need your help! If you have any pictures of your child at school, learning at home, or participating in a school or PTA event, please email them to presidentpsepta@gmail.com.

Also have your child fill out our Covid quiz or draw a picture that sums up their school year and email it to us. We also need the following from 5th graders: a baby picture, responses to the Fab Five questions, and cover artwork.

We are also looking for volunteers to chair the following:

  • Room Parent Coordinator
  • Events: Race for Education
