      • Kindergarten registration next Friday, April 29th. Please encourage neighbors and friends with kindergarten age students to call for an appointment.

      • Pre-K registration is Friday, May 13th.

      • Our in-person Spring concert is Tuesday, May 24th . We will have two concerts during the day for the students and an evening performance for the parents. Third grade and fifth grade band and orchestra will be performing.

      • The Fifth Grade Farewell will be the last full day of school, June 14th in the morning. Each fifth grader will be able to invite two guests.

      • Test kits are still available in the office for families who were unable to pick up previously

      • Grades 3,4, and 5 will begin MCAP testing Monday May 2nd.

      • We did our first planting in the Outdoor Edible Garden. We are excited to say that the lettuce and radish are coming up nicely along with a nest of baby bunnies.

      • We would happily accept donations for the next Bluebird Shop.

      • We are still in great need of help in the cafeteria, in pre-K and as an additional adult in classrooms. Please share this information with family and friends. The hourly rate has been increased to $12.50 an hour. A huge thank you to volunteers who have stepped up to volunteer and lighten our load in the cafeteria.

    • Yearbook Committee

      • Yearbooks are for sale on Treering until April 25th. We hope to be able to extend the deadline for another week or two, but the new deadline has not been set.

      • The cost is $20.86. To order go to https://tr5.treering.com/validate and either use the passcode 1015342830632266. If you prefer to pay cash or check money can be sent in to be placed in the PTA mailbox. We need to know the student's name and homeroom teacher so we can get the yearbook to the correct person.

      • We are still looking for pictures from this year's school events, turkey trot, virtual nights, race for ed, fall fest, international day, etc.

      • We also need pictures from in school events especially from the younger grades.
