We are putting together a yearbook, and need your help! If you have any pictures of your child at school, learning at home, or participating in a school or PTA event, please email them to presidentpsepta@gmail.com.

Also have your child fill out our Covid quiz or draw a picture that sums up their school year and email it to us. We also need the following from 5th graders: a baby picture, responses to the Fab Five questions, and cover artwork.

BCPS Stakeholder's Survey

This is an annual anonymous and confidential survey for students (3rd-12th), staff, parents/caregivers and community members to fill out, allowing all to give their input for BCPS to improve performance and increase satisfaction. It helps to determine things such as budget, staffing and programing within our schools. This survey is available in 15 different languages. The deadline for the survey's completion is March 26th.

Spring Break Grocery Grab and Go

Help Wanted at Pot Spring Elementary

We have 3 open positions at Pot Spring Elementary:

  • Cafeteria Aide- 2.5 hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday – Supervising students eating in classrooms.  Very small groups of children.  No more than 10.
  • Additional Adult – Full-time position, 9-3:30, working with students in person and online that need additional support.  Not responsible for direct instruction.
  • Permanent substitute- Full time, 8:55-3:55, filling in for teachers teaching virtually and in person, training provided.

School Reopening

On Monday February 22, students in grades Pre-K - 2 have an asynchronous day. Students in grade 3-5 will follow their regular Monday schedule, with the exception of Special Area, which will be asynchronous learning time.

On Friday February 26, students in grades Pre-K - 2 will be dismissed 3 hours early. Students in grades 3-5 will follow their regular Friday schedule.
