 What Is Race for Education?

During the school day, students will walk, jog, skip, or run around a short outdoor course while getting active, having fun, and supporting their school!

Funds raised will support academic enrichment, PSE community events, graduation celebrations, extracurricular activities, and so much more.

Heartfelt Thank You!

9/17/2026 10:20 pm

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first PTA meeting during Back-to-School Night on Tuesday, September 15! It was a wonderful start to the year, and we’re so grateful for everyone who took the time to be there.

A quick highlight from the meeting: the PTA truly cannot do what we do without our Pot Spring families. Whether you volunteer your time, become a PTA member, or make a donation, every contribution makes a difference; especially this year when donations are getting harder to come by.

As your PTA, we work to support special events and programs like the highly anticipated Spring Fling (so much fun!), Race for Education, 5th Grade Graduation and celebrations (tears!), Teacher Appreciation Week (so many smiles), the Bluebird Shop (excitment all around), book drives (get those brains going!), and so so many other things that help make our school AMAZING.

This year, we truly need your support whether that’s your time, your talent, or a donation in whatever amount feels most comfortable for your family. It’s through our collective efforts that we can continue creating the warm, welcoming community we love at Pot Spring and help nurture the whole child during these important early years. Thank you for being part of our Bluebird community!

Wondering what’s happening at PSE this year? Start here!

8/31/2026 10:45 pm

Cue the calendar: it’s going to be a fun year!

We’ve put together a calendar of fun annual events for our students and families, from playdates and Family Nights to Spring Fling and Race for Education! πŸ’™

PLAYDATES: Be sure to mark those playdates now (take a screenshot), as they’re a great opportunity to give our kids the chance to make new friends across different grades and learn how to build a community of their own as they grow through elementary school. Kids should network too :)

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOU : We’ll also be looking for volunteers throughout the year for events like Race for Education (Nov) and Spring Fling (May), so keep an eye out for ways to get involved. Note that dates and events are subject to changes and updates throughout the year. Interested? Email us at Vpvolunteerspsepta@gmail.com
