Thanks to your generous and continuing support the Book Nook / foyer of Pot Spring received a much-needed refresh to the couches. The PTA purchased brand new cushions for the couch, love seat, chair and bench so please stop by and have a sit next time you’re there.

Please Help at PSE's Book Fair

Get excited for the Scholastic Book Fair coming to the PSE library December 9-13! Students will shop at the "Kingdom of Books" book fair during their library time that week at school.  Keep an eye on your student’s blue folder for this year’s catalog.

We are also planning a family "Knight of Fun" on Friday December 13 from 5pm - 7pm, to include evening shopping at the Kingdom of Books book fair, a dance party and holiday market featuring local vendors. All students must come with an adult during family night. The book fair and family night are wonderful volunteering opportunities for parents to engage with the students and share in the joy of the holiday season.

Thank You for Your Turkeys!

At the beginning of the month, we learned that our turkey donor would no longer be able to support our Thanksgiving efforts for our families facing food insecurity. We reached out to our amazing PSE community, and in less than a week, we had 30 turkey donations! This truly speaks volumes to how our community pulls together, and truly lives by our expectation of "stronger together!"

Race for Education: What a Great Day!

Race for Education was an AMAZING day!  The kids ran their hearts out, and raised almost $4,000!  There's still time to donate, so make your contribution today!  A HUGE thank-you to those who planned and volunteered at this event!

Field Trips are Back

Field trips are coming back for all grades!  Working closely with the teachers and administration we have begun the process for getting all our kids back out there!  Stay tuned for more specific information as we get this crowd-favorite program going again.

Donate a Turkey

Looking for a way to give back around the holidays?  Donate a TURKEY to help support the PSE community!

We have 30 families we are working to support and have all of the other Thanksgiving fixings.  Turkeys are needed by the morning of Thursday,11/26, and can be dropped off as early as Monday, 11/25.  Contact Mrs. Hall at nalexander@bcps.org if you are interested in donating or have any questions!
